In order for an application to be considered the training provider must be registered on WIET via their website, wiet.ohio.gov.

There are several important steps and deadlines related to applying for and receiving approval to become an Area 3 Local Approved Training Provider:
· Complete the Area 3 Approved Training Provider Application (available above).
· Complete the application in its entirety (incomplete applications will not be considered) and submit to De’Shaun Matthews via email at Deshaun.Matthews@jfs.ohio.gov.
· For multiple programs to be considered for approval, please complete Part II Sections B through H, for each program.
· Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
· Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Important Dates
· May 1st, 2024 - Application Open Date.
· May 31st, 2024 - Application Deadline.
· Jun 30th, 2024 - Decision Notification.
· July 1st , 2024 - Effective Date.
